As Realtors in Nova Scotia, we participate in the Multi Listing Service System. We Realtors throughout the province cooperate and advertise our properties in one location, while sharing informations, and working together for the bennifit of the public. It makes it easier for the public to access information, and work with one Realtor to find them a property. So any Realtor can sell the properties on the system.
